We meet with you to discuss your project and needs, working closely with you to define the scope of your project and gauge a timeframe for completion. We also establish with you a realistic budget.
Estimate / Timeframe
We provide you with a detailed timeframe and budget. We offer two pricing structures to suit your individual needs.
Project Management
Once the logistics are put into place, our staff collaborates with you throughout the entire planning, design and construction process. Our professionals and affiliates assist you in making your selections and final decisions making sure everything suits your individual needs and meets your satisfaction. We take pride in our ability to work on time and within your budget.

All of our work is guaranteed. Our new homes are also backed by a 10 year homebuyer’s warranty and products and materials are backed by individual manufacturer warranties.

- Fixed Bid Pricing which sets an amount for the project and provides allowances for your specific selections.
- Cost Plus Pricing which affords you with the option of paying the cost for all labor and material at our costs with a percentage for overhead and builder profit. This works well on more complex projects that require many options and extras.
